The new Eni: transformation goals for a common commitment

Sustainability is part of every aspect of our business. This link is achieved by integrating the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda into our mission.

We have set targets to be achieved for each of them and incorporated them in the 2020-2023 Action Plan and the Long-term Strategic Plan to 2050.

Protection of Human Rights, Promotion of Health and Safety, Protection of the Environment, Integrity are the values which inspire Eni in order to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to support a low carbon energy transition, a path in which growing together with its Suppliers.

In line with the Eni Code of Ethics, the Supplier Code of Conduct is the pact to create sustainable value together: it establishes the mutual commitment to recognize and protect the value of all its people, commit ourselves to contrasting climate change and their effects, operate with integrity, protect company resources, promoting the adoption of these principles within our own people and our supply chain.

Human Knowledge Program is the training program offered to aspiring enterpreneurs who want to grow and help Italy grow in a sustainable way, with a training plan in presence, integrated with on-line moments.

Energizer is Joule “equity free” business accelerator that promote incubations and acceleration programs for start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises, giving them a methodological, logistic and financial support.
