The third story is told by Specialized Transport Lda, a road transport company for dangerous goods in Mozambique and to / from neighboring countries such as Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, South Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Specialized Transport has launched a campaign to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which has involved its employees and the local community.
The commitment in assisting the surrounding community is very important, a fundamental step for improving the health and safety of all.
The COVID-19 health emergency has put us to the test, our work as well as our lives have undergone changes.
Facing this challenge, it is necessary to join efforts and make our skills available to others… a campaign was thus launched to mitigate the spread of the virus.
Besides our employees ‘education, the need was identified to extend this campaign to the surrounding community, sensitizing people to preventive measures and distributing free fabric face masks.
Education and awareness are the most important preventive measures and only with the collaboration of the community will we be able to reduce the impact that this situation may cause.
