Supply Chain Energy
The program that enhances and develops the Supply Chain

In a rapidly evolving context, delivering the energy transition does not only mean innovating technologies and processes: for Eni, it means fostering a strong and resilient industrial ecosystem, ready to address the challenges set out by its transformation strategy.

This is why Eni has launched “Supply Chain Energy”, a program dedicated to its suppliers – with particular attention to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) – with the goal of supporting their development and strengthening their competitiveness.

What does the program offer?

The basic pathway unfolds across three phases:

  • Awareness of one’s positioning along the key competitiveness dimensions, through a targeted assessment;
  • Action Plan focused on the priority areas for improvement identified, with a formal commitment from the company to implement them;
  • Change, achieved through access to a structured journey that integrates practical training, project work, and networking opportunities, all designed to support companies in implementing their plans.

Suppliers interested in joining will also have the opportunity to access customized services offered by program partners, providing additional support in defining and executing their action plans.

Who is the program for?

The program is open to all qualified Eni suppliers, according to an engagement plan consistent with Eni’s overall transformation strategy.

A strong signal for those looking ahead

Participating in “Supply Chain Energy” means investing in the future of your company, seizing the opportunity to reorient your business and strengthen the skills needed for long-term success.
